作用:轧辊淬火、齿轮淬火、棒料热锻、涡轮片整体钎焊
 
 
感应加热具有高效,无污染,易于自动化,适合大批量生产的特点。
 
(1)要正确选用钢材
感应加热淬火要选用本质细晶粒钢,细晶粒钢容易得到细马氏体,低温回火后脆性破坏敏感性小。同时要求工艺性好、成本低、淬硬性好的材料。
 
(2)感应加热的优势
感应加热淬火时,能保证在要求硬化区内获得温度、硬化层均匀分布,加热到淬火温度所需时间最短,热效率高,节约能源。
 
感应加热淬火的质量检验
 
1.感应加热热处理前零件质量的检查
(1)零件在感应加热热处理前应经过清洗、去除表面油污、锈蚀,应无毛刺、飞边及氧化皮等。
(2)零件外形尺寸符合工艺要求,若出现批量尺寸有超差的零件,淬火前能返工修正的要退回返工;淬火前不能返工的,由工艺部门根据情况作一次性有效的临时工艺,专职检验职员严格把关控制,并对零件做记号。
(3)零件要处理部位的表面粗糙度要等于或优于Ra1.6μm。
(4)感应加热前一般不再对零件的化学成分、硬度及原始组织进行检查,但在特殊情况下应进行检查。
 
2.感应加热过程的检查
要按感应加热热处理工艺和作业指导书执行,操作工人对零件质量和工艺参数实行自检为主,兼以班长、质检员互检,检验职员专检,分厂工段抽检相结合的现场质量保证体系。
 
3.感应加热热处理后的检查
(1)日常检查的项目及内容:零件的表面质量、零件的硬化区、变形量按工艺卡的要求进行检查。
(2)定期地进行金相全面质量检查
(3)硬度检查
